Upon your arrival to the
Imam Khomeini
international airport (IKA),
please look for someone
with the school sign and
your name in the
entrance hall near the
Information Desk. She/He
will help you with the
transport to IPM guest
house. In case of any
problem please contact
the mobile phone
indicated below.
If you have more than
1000 USD with you please
do not forget to declare
your foreign currency
before leaving the
customs area. Please
take note of addresses,
telephone and telefax
numbers as below
You may find banks to
exchange currencies at
the Airports. An
approximate currency
exchange rate is
1US$~12250 Rls
and 1€~16000 Rls. (In
the bank of the
airport).

The electricity supply
in Iran works at 220 V
and 50 Hz. There are
standard sockets.
Meals
We will provide your
breakfast and lunch and
dinner during the
conference. Breakfast
will be served in the
IPM guest house (only
for person staying in
the guest house). Lunch
will be served in front
of the Lecture Hall.
Place

start on Tuesday, May 1st
in the lecture hall
of School of Particles
and Accelerators. The
registration will be in
front of the lecture
hall between 9:00 to
10:00 a.m. of the same
